Worst Customer Service EVER!
We had an event in New Mexico last week and rented a conference room here.
It was an ICE BOX – freezing!
We told them about 20 times we could not tolerate the cold – it was painful.
We had to bring in BLANKETS and JACKETS and it was difficult to work or think and the cold air was awful.
We could not move our location as we had nowhere else to go last minute (we were able to find a location for the next day).
The person at the front desk was RUDE and could care less about how cold 12 people were.
We contact the help desk and basically got HORRIBLE customer service being told: “you were in the room so you will pay”.
Now tweets and Facebook messages basically say, “contact the help desk”.
This is the kind of lack of customer service that shows NO heart in their business.
I would suggest NOT doing biz with Regus!
Clearly, they do NOT care about customers.
