Are You Pushing or Pulling?
All marketing falls into push or pull. Push strategy is when a company uses a lot of advertising and marketing to grab the attention of prospects. I have spent a lot of years looking at the push and pull strategy of many companies. I find the success of a company in the 21st century depends if they are using a push vs pull strategy. In the past, business owners didn’t even know they had a choice and automatically unconsciously fell into a marketing push strategy.
When looking at a company I check on their push pull strategy and take note of their marketing push strategy right away. As a Heartrepreneur® , I don’t feel it is effective to push products and services to prospects. If you notice radio, TV, and print ads, you will see a lot of push strategies at work. Companies are pushing with big ads and attention-getting claims to get you to buy their products and services. The push strategy definition is to push your products and services and is a very traditional marketing approach. Frankly, that approach is dead.
Pull Strategy Aligns With Heartrepreneurs
Pull strategy is non-traditional and is aligned with heartrepreneurs. What I find is that many times business owners are confused about the advantages and disadvantages marketing wise. They aren’t sure if they need a push pull strategy or pull and push strategy.
Companies must choose which strategy will be most effective as they develop marketing plans. A key component to your marketing strategy is going to be pull, if you are a Heartrepreneur® .
How do you market using pull marketing strategies?
Pull marketing is what I teach and share in at https://heartrepreneur.com/the-heartrepreneur-network/. This approach draws in prospects and magnetizes them to raise their hands, using reverse marketing. They then select themselves in to purchase your products and services. Pull marketing strategies get your brand recognized and you known as the credible expert in your field. What happens when you use pull strategies is that your brand gets known and prospects can they find what you offer and raise their hands to purchase your products or services.
