Hey there, it’s Dr. Terri Levine. Welcome. Live Well, Earn Well. Today, I’m going to reveal my secret, which is how you can get a conveyor belt of qualified prospects. Just imagine, for a moment, never chasing clients again, and instead having a steady flow of qualified prospects coming right to you. So, here’s how. First step is what I call micro niche messaging. Speak to one potential client. Instead of being a generalist, “Oh, I’m a business coach,” or whatever, focus on solving one very specific laser problem for one very specific audience. So, for example, I help fitness trainers launch their first online course. 

Very specific. Fitness trainers do one thing: First online course. Here’s another one, I teach accountants how to attract small business clients. Who? Accountants. Do what? Small business. Yeah, I’ll give another example. Career coaching for mid-level professionals in tech. Who am I working with? I’m doing career coaching. For who? Mid-level professionals in tech. Okay. Why does this secret work? Well, when you become a go-to expert for a micro niche, people trust you faster. It’s easier to stand out and attract clients that are already seeking help. 

The second step is to build a magnetic lead magnet. Offer a quick win for your audience in exchange for their email. So, you can have a five-step checklist to attract high-paying clients. You can have a template to write irresistible social media content. You can have a mini-course on overcoming sales objections. Those are some ideas. Why does step number two work? Well, it solves a problem immediately, and you position yourself as the expert, and you also open the door to ongoing conversations. Step number three is to leverage content funnels that serve and sell. Create content on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. Threads that do three things. 

One, educate, teach them what to do. Two, inspire them, show them what is possible. And three, convert them to guide them how to do it. So, why does number three work? Well, it works because every post becomes like a tiny little sales agent for you. It moves people closer and closer to working with you. All right, let’s go on to the second part of this. Now we want to build that conveyor belt. So, we already went through micro-niching, lead magnets, and content funnels. These are the next steps that will take your client traction to that next level. 

So, step number four is to create… Yeah, I guess I’ll teach all of this because it does feel like I want to give you so much. It’s to use conventional sales messages, to create conventional sales messages. Now, DMs are not sleazy when they’re done right, the problem is most people don’t do it right. In fact, they’re gold mines to build relationships. How do you approach it? Well, first, you lead with value. Mention something specific from their profile or a pain point. Second, ask questions. Show curiosity about them and their goals. And third, only share your offer if it truly aligns with their needs. 

Why does this work? People buy from people they trust, and authentic conversations lead to more conversations. Fifth step is hold a free live workshop or a webinar. Choose a hot topic that solves a key pain point in your niche. So, it could be how to land five clients in 30 days without paid ads, or mastering sales calls for introverted coaches, or build a $ 10,000-month content strategy. Why does this work? Live sessions are where you truly get to showcase your expertise, build trust, and pitch your program naturally. And number six is to build a client referral system. 

Your current clients are going to help you grow your conveyor belt. How? You can offer them referral incentives, discounts, free sessions or services. Two, make it easy, templates they can share with their network. And three, always, always, always express gratitude. I use a lot of videos to express gratitude.
