Hi there, it’s Dr. Terri Levine. Thank you for tuning in. Today, I’m going to talk about brand awareness, and actually the need to even have more brand awareness. And part of that has to do with creating content about your business, because that creates awareness, that creates interest, and it actually leads to your business selling more products and services. So, we need to keep this in mind, every piece of content must have a purpose. So, stop posting just to have a bunch of stuff on social media, and instead create meaningful content, content that supports your brand and your business goals.

So, posts that connect your audience to your brand. Posts that begin conversations with your audience. Posts that create engagement, and actually drive traffic to website, webinar, lead magnet, your office, whatever it might be. Posts that educate your audience about your services, your products. Posts that will magnify engagement. Now, that could be anything from sharing some really popular tweets, or relatable quotes, or memes. Do that once in a while, and do that in moderation. And then, I also recommend that you talk about common problems people in your target audience are having.

So, you need a content strategy, one you think of like this; what triggers your audience? What are the products and services you’re providing? And in the middle of those two circles, intersects your content. Your content should create value. And that means every single time that you post, your content must keep three things in mind: Your product or service, your target audience, and your objective in posting. So, I’m going to tell you right now, your content shouldn’t be focused on selling, or having someone book an appointment, or anything like that. So, if you think about this, let’s say I was selling, oh, I don’t know, some tea that you drank and made you lose weight.

And the trigger point of that could be inspiration. And the content could be before and after posts. So, base your content strategy; again, ideal customer, your brand, your product or service. And then mix up your content, some reels, some videos, some carousels. Every piece of content should be designed to help your target audience solve their problems, and to keep your target audience interested so they come back. You want to reach more people, new people. You want content that people like and that’s shareable. And always remember this, people don’t necessarily buy the best products or the best services, this is what they buy, they buy from people they know and trust.

They buy from people who have shown them how their product or service benefits their life, their health, their relationships, whatever it might be. And they buy from people they constantly see in front of them. And they buy from people they care about. So, there you go. Tag me on some of your content, let me take a look at it. I would be happy to give you some feedback. Make sure you subscribe to the podcast. We love your five-star reviews, and also when you share the podcast. Thank you for tuning in. Happy to be of service. Bye for now.
