Welcome back to Live Well, Earn Well. I’m your host, Dr. Terri Levine, and I’m really glad that you’re here listening, watching the podcast, and really learning how to live well and earn well because this is what allows in success in your business, in your life, in your health, and in your relationships. And it really helps you tune in to your own inner guidance system. When you learn some of the secrets of living well, earning well, you will also be on your higher path. You will have a form of enlightenment that will bring you the results that you desire and that you deserve.
You’ll be making decisions in flow without having a lot of stress and a lot of burnout. And you can begin right now by making choices. Let’s remember, you get to create your own reality and I get to create my own reality. So, one of the mantras that I have is that I always choose the path of the most light. I choose the path that lights me on fire, that gets me inspired, and that allows me to do the work and live the life that I desire and that I deserve. Whenever a decision needs to be made, all I do is turn in and ask myself which would light me up more, which would encourage me more, which would make me happiest.
And I simply honor the integrity of following what my soul is saying to me. And when I’m in harmony with my integrity, with my deepest feelings, and when I’m really living my truth — heartrepreneur stands for integrity, transparency, and authenticity — then I actually feel successful and allow myself to feel successful. One of the other things that I recommend is that you literally congratulate yourself often, I don’t care if it’s something really small. If you did something small and you have a good feeling about it, pump yourself up, give yourself some self-esteem.
Appreciate how far you’ve come in your business, your health, your relationships. And allow yourself and give yourself permission to actually get what it is that you do want in business, health, life, and relationships. Now, if you have not yet created a life plan and a business plan, lovingly, I say to you, you’re living your life and working your business by default. That includes your health, your relationship, your spirituality, your integrity, your authenticity, living your passion, your financial freedom.
