Thank You AT&T For Making Things Right!

 

AT&T Customer Service – Rectified Situation

I had written a blog recently on a customer service situation with AT&T and I am updating that blog post here.

Taye Baker, the regional manager for AT&T, responded to my blog almost immediately saying he wanted to make things right.

I am happy to share that he did contact us and has given us the customer service we expected from AT&T and rectified the situation for us.

 Prior to this bump in the road, I had been an advocate of AT&T and stood by them as a loyal customer.
I am delighted that I am able to retain my AT&T accounts and all the users of iPhones that are on my plans will stay intact.
I thank Taye Baker, AT&T regional manager, for making things right for us and for accommodating our needs.
