Welcome back to Digital Marketing for Coaches & Consultants, I certainly am glad you joined. Terri Levine here from Heartrepreneur and Heartrepreneur agency. I discovered something so magical and so game-changing. First, I discovered it in my business, and I had to share it with my client family members. I kind of look at it as maybe the Holy Grail. So today, I’ve decided to share it with you as one of my listeners. So, instead of doing marketing like blogging, and podcasting, and creating landing pages, and hosting online events, and offline events, networking, webinars, oh my goodness, sending emails, posting on social media, messaging on social media, you know all that stuff, right?

All you need is one cornerstone piece of content, just one that you focus on. Not only does this save you time, it saves you money, it saves you energy, and it literally works like magic. So, whatever one piece of cornerstone content you like creating, you will create that cornerstone content, I’ll give you an idea in a minute, and then you’re going to leverage that content. So, let’s just say, for example, you choose to podcasts, and so we’re doing a podcast here. So, you enjoy that as I clearly do. You take your podcast and you use it to build relationships with others who have expertise in your field, with your clients, with your prospects, with other non-competing folks. You can interview them, you can have them on your show, you can go on to their shows.

And then, you can even use the podcast — so I don’t have guests and I still use the podcast the same way I’m going to teach you — the podcast becomes a blog. If you go to, you’ll see that’s my podcast turned into blog posts. You can post the video on YouTube, you can transcribe the video and you can post it on LinkedIn Newsletter. I do that. You can create only one piece of content like this very simple podcast, and you can leverage it and optimize it in numerous ways. So, let me tell you one thing that I love, I love, love, love to create content for my about 8000-member Facebook group.

I just love that. So, I take that content, whether it’s an audio, whether it’s a video, whether it’s a post, I turn that into blogs, I turn that into articles, I turn that into podcasts, my goodness, I turn that into emails, or even use that content to create my podcast content. I’m being very transparent and burning the curtain here. So, here’s the goal, the goal is you create one piece of cornerstone content that you really love doing. You pick a channel that you really love, any channel, and then you take that one piece of content, and you optimize and leverage it in as many ways as possible. I think I’ll share with you, I have a client family member, and he did a live webinar.

And he recorded the live webinar and he had transcribe it. He took that webinar, that one webinar, and he created all of his social media content. I can’t remember if it was 19 pieces of social media content, I believe. And because he also transcribed it, he made, I think, 19 blog posts from it. Yeah, he did as well. He also put it on YouTube. He created 21 emails from it, all from one piece of content. Are you getting the idea? This is a lot less time, it gives you way more time freedom while you get to create impact, influence income, and do the transformational work that you love and enjoy.
